Founding Full Stack Developer

True full-stack ownership across our React dashboard, FastAPI backend, and the AI agents that connect them — a founding-level seat, not a narrow ticket queue.

About this role

This is a founding-level full-stack seat: real ownership across our React/Tailwind dashboard, our FastAPI backend, and the agent systems that connect them. You will scope features from a rough idea with the founders through to a shipped, real customer-facing product, with the autonomy that comes from being early.

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through production, frontend and backend
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven workflows in FastAPI
• Build real, polished React/Tailwind interfaces for both the dashboard and public marketing site
• Create integrations with third-party platforms (Search Console, GA4, Stripe, CMS/publishing APIs)
• Make real architecture calls with the founders, not just implement someone else's spec

What we are looking for

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, startup experience a strong plus
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and real production React experience
• Comfort working across the stack, including a real backend language (Python preferred)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs, webhooks, and async systems
• Strong database design understanding, relational databases in particular

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated product features
• No formal degree required — demonstrated technical ability and real shipped work matter more
