Choose the face of the UGC video

Owl Cam's library has more than 500 personas, each with a profession, a city, a nationality and years of experience.

Pick one whose background fits your buyer: a nurse for a health product, a contractor for a tools brand, a student for a study app. The persona shapes how the script sounds, so the same product can be pitched in very different voices.

What the script is built from

Owl Cam writes from what it knows about you, and says so when something is missing instead of making it up.

It doesn't invent product features, claims or results. If your brand profile hasn't been built yet, the script leans on your notes and website rather than filling the gap with guesses.

  • The persona you chose
  • Your brand profile and brand voice, when they exist
  • Your design guide from the Knowledge Base
  • Your notes on what to say
  • Your website address, so the product is named correctly

From a script to a 15-second clip

Three steps, each producing something you can see.

1

The words

One AI call writes the hook, the spoken script and a short scene description.

2

The storyboard

The scene becomes one image that sets the look of the video.

3

The video

An eight-second clip from the storyboard, continued for seven seconds more, with the script split across both parts.

Every video is 15 seconds in vertical 9:16, sized for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Using UGC ads responsibly

AI personas are a fast way to test messages. A few habits keep them on the right side of your audience.

  1. Label it as AI. Platforms and advertising rules increasingly require it, and audiences trust brands that are upfront.
  2. Keep claims to what's true. Owl Cam only uses what you give it; check the script before you publish.
  3. Test several personas. Fresh hooks each time make side-by-side tests easy: Owl Cam avoids repeating your last fifteen.
  4. Add captions yourself. Most viewers watch muted, and videos arrive without burned-in text.
  5. Move winners to real creators. When a message works, Owl Match can put it in front of a real creator's audience.

Owl Cam FAQ

What is an AI UGC video?

A short, vertical video in the style of user-generated content: one person talking to camera about a product. With Owl Cam the person is an AI persona, and the script comes from your brand and your notes.

Who appears in the video?

A persona you pick from a library of more than 500, each with a profession, a city and a background. They are not real people, so label the video as AI-generated wherever a platform or the law asks you to.

How long are the videos?

Fifteen seconds, always, in vertical 9:16. An eight-second clip is made first and then continued for seven more seconds, with the script split across the two parts so the second half carries the story on.

What does Owl Cam base the script on?

Only what you give it: the persona, your brand profile, brand voice and design guide if they exist yet, your notes and your website address. It doesn't invent product features or claims.

Will every video start the same way?

No. Owl Cam keeps your last fifteen hooks and steers away from them, so new videos don't open with near-identical lines.

Are captions included?

No. Videos come without burned-in captions, so you can add them in your editor or with each platform's own tools.
