Scheduler Owl turns this month's content into a calendar you can follow
Articles, threads, posts, videos and replies from all your agents, laid out across the month's working days, mixed so each day has a sensible load and nothing piles up in week one.

Scheduler Owl reads the month's content roadmap from Game Plan Owl and places every item on a date.
It doesn't invent work or create content itself. It takes what the roadmap already lists for this month and answers the question that roadmap leaves open: what should I do today?

The three rules behind every content schedule
The calendar is calculated, not guessed, so the same roadmap always gives the same layout.
1
Weekdays only
Monday to Friday of the current month. Weekends stay clear.
2
Mix the channels
Items are dealt out in turn, one channel after another, so a single day gets, say, an article and a social post rather than three articles.
3
Space them evenly
Items are spread from the first working day to the last, in proportion. Fewer items than days means gaps between them, not a packed first week and an empty rest of the month.
Worked example
A month with 22 working days and 8 items: item i goes on working day i × 22 ÷ 8, rounded down. That puts them on days 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 14, 17 and 20, roughly every third working day.
Using the editorial calendar day to day
Open it, see today, click what's due.
- It opens on today, or on the first day that has something on it.
- Click an item and the agent that makes it opens, ready to generate: Owlthor for keyword articles, Growth Hacker for comparisons, X Owl for threads, and so on.
- Reddit and Hacker News slots open thread discovery in Reddit Owl and Hacker News Owl, since those start from a real discussion.
- Video slots open the video tools in Owl Cam and Owl Studio.
Things Scheduler Owl leaves to you
Publishing. Nothing goes out on its own. Each piece is reviewed and posted through its own agent.
Writing. It schedules the work; the writing agents do it when you click.
Other calendars. There's no export to Google Calendar or Outlook yet. The calendar lives in your dashboard.
Weekends. Deliberately left empty.

Content calendar questions
What does Scheduler Owl put on the calendar?
Everything in this month's content roadmap: SEO opportunity articles, keyword articles, brand discoverability pieces, Medium stories, X threads, LinkedIn posts, comparison articles, videos, and Reddit and Hacker News replies.
How does it decide which day gets what?
Three fixed rules. Only weekdays are used, channels are mixed in turn so a day isn't all one type, and items are spaced evenly from the start of the month to the end. The same roadmap always produces the same calendar.
Does it use AI to schedule?
No. The calendar is calculated by plain code in your browser from your roadmap, so it's instant and predictable.
What happens when I click an item?
It opens the agent that makes it, ready to generate. Reddit and Hacker News slots open thread discovery, and video slots open the video tools.
Does Scheduler Owl publish anything on its own?
No. It tells you what's due and when. Each piece is still generated, reviewed and posted through its own agent.
Can I export the calendar to Google Calendar?
Not at the moment. The calendar lives in your CMO Owls dashboard and opens on today's date.
